  3 Tuscan Abbeys Tour

 

is tour will take you to 3 of the most famous Tuscan Abbeys.
 drive to the Abbazia of Monte Oliveto Maggiore, where we will stop and have a walk around the grounds of this Abbey that dates back to 1319.

After looking at its wonderful setting, we drive further South to Montalcino and stop at the famous Abbey of Sant'Antimo from the 11-hundreds - just in time to hear the monks chant.

Time for lunch in the adjacent village overlooking the Sant'Antimo Abbey or in Montalcino, as you prefer.

In the afternoon visit to the ghost-like Abbey of San Galgano and the sword in the Rock!!!

This is a private tour that lasts approx 8 hrs with departure from your accommodation in or around Siena, and includes transportation / guide, visits to the Tuscan Abbeys.
Lunch is not included in these prices.
