Siena Backroads - half day bike tour
A relaxing spin in the countryside just outside
Siena which combines food, wine and fun for
beginners and families alike.
You will cycle at your own pace on very quiet
Tuscan back roads away from traffic and crowds,
past endless vineyards, cypress trees, olive
groves as we head towards
Vagliagli on our bikes. The ride overall is flat
to rolling – but please don’t forget, this is
Tuscany !
Eventually we will
stop to admire and have a stroll around the
quaint medieval village of Vagliagli whose name
means “valley of garlic”.

Then back on our bikes for the rest of our ride,
mostly flat and downhill riding on extremely
panoramic back roads, back to our starting
point.
