Italy's Gastronomy Class

Walking around the medieval streets of Siena you're sure to walk up an appetite! With this in mind, we have gone out into Tuscany to find some of the best local cheeses and cold cuts that we will offer you together with fresh local bread and plenty fold of cold press extra virgin olive oil. Through this gastronomic tasting class, you will try a sparkling white, two important still wines, and, not to forget, a wonderful dessert wine to which we will combine some of Siena's best traditional pastries.
During this tasting-lunch, which will speak to all of your senses, we will speak to  you about the wines and the characteristics of Italian gastronomy. So while you indulge in some of Italy's most delightful specialties, you will learn about Italian wine, how to read an Italian wine label, how to pair the wines with food, a tour through Italy's main wine regions and their local culinary matches.
