  IMPORTANT: Please add us to your ‘contacts’ list on your email account so our email is not blocked.  It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to assure possible correspondence by following this procedure.
THE TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITY: The travelers assume complete and full responsibility for themselves during the length of the proposed tour. Upon payment of a partial or full deposit, tour participants indicate full acceptance of the below terms and conditions. 
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: In the unlikely case that you are unable to attend the tour, your deposit will be refunded or partially refunded according to the following fee schedule:
GROUP TOURS:YOUR DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE. FROM 14-29 DAYS BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE, A 50% REFUND IS AVAILABLE.FROM 7-13 DAYS BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE, 25% IS REFUNDABLE.0-6 DAYS BEFORE YOUR TOUR DATE, 0% IS REFUNDABLE. 
Upon receiving your cancellation notice, R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC will send a reply verifying that we have received said notice.
UNUSED SERVICES/TOURS: R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC will not issue refunds or credits for unused services of a travel package, nor be liable if you miss flights or tour departures as a result of late check-ins.
IF R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC MUST CANCEL A TOUR: In case of circumstances beyond our control, R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC reserves the right to cancel or change any tours without any penalty. In such case, the client will be fully reimbursed for the cost of the services paid. Whenever possible, R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC will inform you in advance should any changes be necessary. R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC does not assume responsibility for additional expenses that client(s) may incur due to a cancelled tour (such as flight or train reservations, hotels, museum reservations, and other incidentals.
PRIVACY POLICY: R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC values your trust. Protecting your privacy is one of our top priorities. We also appreciate and expect the same respect from our clients. Though still photography is allowed, any documenting or recording of tours and or services must have prior written permission. Any information shared by R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC in writing, such as restaurant recommendations, recipes, and other trade secrets, shall not be photocopied or emailed to third parties by our clients. Our tours and services shall not be imitated, and our name shall not be used to label services or entities not provided and/or approved by R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC.
WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC?
R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us on our website, and in email correspondence. R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC will only collect and use your personal information for purposes of booking tours that you have expressly request In order to purchase our products or services, it is necessary for you to disclose personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number in order to process orders and provide customer service.
HOW R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC USES YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC TERMS OF SERVICE:
OUR RESPONSIBILITY: Responsibilities and Tour Conditions for R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC, also referred to as “the Operator”. Any person reserving or purchasing any R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC tour accepts the condition that the Operator reserves to itself the exclusive right to change or cancel itineraries and other tour components if necessary, when necessary. Should this happen, R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC will make every effort to offer alternate dates and/or programs. Times listed on itineraries are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to traffic, weather, mechanical and any other conditions beyond the Operator's control that prevent R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC from operating as scheduled.
R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC expressly disclaims any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations, or delays in any itinerary.
OUR LIABILITY: R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC provides a service to travelers. Our service is a liaison between said travelers and local merchants, restaurants and other venues. R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "guaranteed" is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, the R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC does not guarantee any of such suppliers' scheduling, behavior or handling of personal effects.
R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social, or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC.
DAMAGES AND PERSONAL BEHAVIOR OF GUESTS: Travelers are responsible for themselves and are expected not to break or damage anything belonging to the venues visited on the tour. Anything broken by a guest due to negligence will require payment or replacement by said guest. ANY GUEST WHO CONSUMES TOO MUCH ALCOHOL AND/OR BEHAVES IN A DISRUPTIVE MANOR (BOTHERING GUIDE AND/OR OTHER PARTICIPANTS) WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: R & F TUSCANY TOURS SNC is a Tuscany based in-coming travel agency and is fully insured with liability insurance as required by Italian Law.
